Prior to starting Commercial Integrity NW, Justin spent nearly ten years at a leading national brokerage firm and served as Vice President of Investments before taking on the new challenge of creating a company with a different approach. Justin has been recognized multiple times not only as a top performer in the Pacific Northwest market but nationwide, as well. In 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, he received the National Sales Recognition Award along with the National Achievement Award in 2014 and 2015, distinguishing him nationally as a Top Producer. Justin was ranked the Number One Agent in the Portland Office in 2012 and again in 2014.
Justin and CINW bring extensive retail transaction experience to the marketplace. Since 2007, Justin has assisted clients in the acquisition and disposition of single, multi-tenant and mixed-use retail investments and has brokered nearly half a billion dollars in commercial transactions. As Principal Advisor of CINW, Justin continues to develop comprehensive and innovative approaches to the marketing and selling of investment properties in the Pacific Northwest.

Commercial Integrity NW is pleased to welcome Brad Macomber to our team. Brad introduces a new but synergistic service to our clients as Director of Leasing and Senior Advisor. Commercial Integrity NW will now provide clients advisory services through leasing, representing both Landlords and Tenants. This will be a key addition and complementary to our growing investment sale advisory services we currently provide.
Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Brad spent five years practicing law in Portland, actively participating in litigation of real estate disputes and breach of contracts. Such a legal background has provided him with an ideal skill set to conduct the day-to-day contract and lease negotiations demanded by his position. Brad has also previously owned and operated a handful of retail establishments in downtown Portland, giving him key insight and the ability to comprehend both Landlord and Tenant needs from multiple perspectives.
Brad is joining CINW with 10 years prior experience of Landlord and Tenant Representation, as well as Retail Investment Sales at a local commercial real estate firm in Portland. There he earned the title of Top Producer in 2014 and was recognized as the number one retail leasing broker five out of the last six years. We’re excited to have him join us on his path of hard-earned growth and success.
As the Operations Analyst for CINW, I work in an organized and detail-oriented environment and am fully immersed and committed to all aspects of our business. From transaction management to developing marketing platforms, property valuation to client care; my responsibilities are dynamic and always evolving as we explore new ways to assist our clients reach their ultimate financial goals. I am excited to be a part of and help shape something new – at CINW we pride ourselves in our mission to bring integrity to the marketplace and serve our clients the way we would our families. An Oregon native and a finance graduate from the University of Oregon, I am enthusiastic about the Pacific Northwest and everything it has to offer. Planning, problem-solving and helping others is a passion that is satisfied in my personal life as well as in my career at CINW. I joined Justin’s team in Fall of 2013 and since then, we’ve worked meticulously and with great insight together to provide the best advisory services to and build lasting relationships with our clients in a industry that is far too often clouded by the objective of “just get the deal done.” We strive to be available, accessible and proactive to your needs. The challenges as well as the rewards presented to us in this fast-paced business excite me and encourage me to show up everyday and do my best!
At CINW, we use detailed market data and up-to-date transaction information to perform at the highest level for our Clients. As Research Associate for CINW, my responsibilities include: tracking investment activity daily, analyzing market and area trends, organizing data, compiling rental and sales information, maintaining Commercial Integrity’s proprietary “Clientbase” and tackling a variety of research requests from our Team. I am constantly discovering new opportunities for our Clients, but more than that, I work closely with our Marketing Team to offer quality research material, data expertise and market insight tailored to each Client and their investment. It is my priority to track the market and make sure everything that reaches our Team and our Clients is accurate, thorough and adds value to the project at hand.
