The Iconic and historical mixed-use property located in Downtown’s West End, is home to Jake’s Famous Crawfish Restaurant, the Maurice Dear, and the Whitney Gray Apartment communities. 

 After a strong marketing effort that produced solid interest from both local and out-of-state investors, the generational asset was ultimately acquired by an out-of-state family trust.
